By using drainresponsepros.com or calling a number on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our service

DrainResponsePros is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing contractors by phone, and link to Thumbtack for online booking. We do not perform plumbing work, we are not a contractor, and we do not employ, supervise or guarantee any contractor. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor, who is responsible for its credentials, permits, scheduling, workmanship and terms. We do not charge homeowners; contractors and partners pay us for marketing.

Thumbtack

Thumbtack is an independent marketplace. Your use of Thumbtack is governed by Thumbtack's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its service or the pros listed on it.

Your responsibilities

Confirm any contractor's credentials and coverage before hiring, get the scope of work in writing, and use your own judgment. For gas smells, fire or electrical danger, call 911 or your utility first.

Calls

Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. You can ask not to be contacted at any time; see our Do Not Call page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, DrainResponsePros disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of any contractor or third-party site.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version.
